Donald Steplight

Donald Steplight, MPA, is a change management and employee experience professional with extensive experience in leading organizational change initiatives. They have worked at various organizations, including Accenture and YMCA of the USA, delivering training and managing talent development programs. Currently, they serve as the Manager of Change Management and Employee Experience at Baylor Scott & White Health, where they lead enterprise-wide change initiatives focused on enhancing employee and customer experiences. Donald holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from The University of Akron and is pursuing a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Organizational Development from the Illinois Tech Stuart School of Business.
