Elise McMillin

Elise McMillin, MBA, is the Manager of Operations at Baylor Scott & White Health, where they focus on improving healthcare delivery and enhancing patient outcomes through leadership rooted in compassion and innovation. They previously served as an Administrative Fellow at Baylor Scott & White Health and gained valuable experience through roles such as Accounting Intern at Magnolia and Intern at Scottish Rite for Children. Elise holds a Master of Business Administration from Baylor University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the same institution.
