Eric Havens is the Director of Analytics at Baylor Scott & White Health, where they focus on commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid quality. With an extensive background in quality analytics and CMS Star Ratings, Eric has developed talent in large organizations, achieving impressive results such as a 31-point star improvement during their tenure at Florida Blue. They have previously led high-performing teams and have been recognized with multiple performance awards throughout their career. Currently, Eric is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Quantitative Psychology at Middle Tennessee State University.
