Erica Calime

Erica Calime has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. Erica is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Baylor Scott & White Health, a position they have held since July 2022. Prior to that, they served as the HR Director at Baylor Scott & White Health from August 2016 to July 2022.

Before joining Baylor Scott & White Health, Erica worked as an HR Director at Conifer Health Solutions from December 2012 to July 2016. Erica also served as a Human Resources Manager at CCS Medical from November 2011 to November 2012.

Erica has extensive experience in healthcare organizations, having worked as a Regional HR Manager at Odyssey Healthcare from May 2009 to September 2011. In this role, they were responsible for strategic business partnership, organizational development, workforce planning, and employee relations.

Prior to their time at Odyssey Healthcare, Erica worked as an HR Manager at Tenet Healthcare from November 2007 to May 2009. Here they managed various projects and provided employee relations support.

Erica started their career as an HR Generalist at Community Hospital of Long Beach from July 2001 to October 2003. In this role, they sourced applicants, conducted screenings, and managed leave of absences.

Throughout their career, Erica has gained experience in recruitment, employee relations, policy interpretation, compensation analysis, and talent development. Erica has also demonstrated strong leadership skills, managing teams and overseeing HR operations.

Erica Calime holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Texas Woman's University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Exercise Physiology from the University of California, Davis.
