Frederick Ridge

Frederick Ridge serves as the Director of Supply Chain Operations at Baylor Scott & White Health since November 2017, overseeing a team of 18 full-time employees across three hospitals and an in-patient rehabilitation facility. Frederick is responsible for enhancing the management and integration of supplies, equipment, and materials. Previous roles include Supervisor of Supply Chain Operations and Service Line Coordinator at Baylor Scott & White Health, as well as an Inventory Control Clerk. In addition to extensive experience in healthcare supply chain management, Frederick has been an Adjunct Professor teaching Supply Chain Management at East Texas A&M University since January 2025. Academic credentials include an MBA and an MS in Business Administration, alongside a BS in Health Promotion/Public Health and an AS in Science from East Texas A&M University and Dallas College, respectively, demonstrating a strong foundation in business and health sectors.
