Janalee Wiles

Janalee Wiles is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Sourcer at Baylor Scott & White Health since November 2016, Janalee specializes in sourcing for the Allied Health Team, focusing on radiology, cardiology, case management, and laboratory positions, and is recognized as a subject matter expert in virtual recruiting. Prior to this, Janalee held the position of Program Manager at Project Transformation from January 2007 to October 2016, where responsibilities included managing the hiring of over 100 college students and performing HR Generalist duties.
