Jason Cole

Jason Cole, MBA, is the Director of Operations at Baylor Scott & White Health, where they lead teams across various clinical service lines and support services. With over 20 years of experience, Jason has played a crucial role in the development and success of multiple hospitals. Previously, Jason served as the Eastern Region Environment of Care Director and held various other positions within the Baylor Health Care System, including Safety Technician and Facility Safety Director. Jason earned a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and an MBA in Health Care Administration from Western Governors University. Additionally, Jason is currently involved in Leadership Plano as a member of Class 33.
