Jenifer Welsh

Jenifer Welsh, MD, MBA, FACP, is a seasoned internal medicine physician with 20 years of clinical experience and a background in military medicine. They served as a Flight Surgeon with the United States Air Force from 1999 to 2003 and have held various leadership positions within healthcare organizations, including as the Chair of Primary Care and Outpatient Based Practices at Baylor Scott & White Health. Jenifer previously worked as a Regional Medical Director at HealthTexas Provider Network and directed a hospitalist group at Scott & White Healthcare. They hold a Doctor of Medicine from Baylor College of Medicine and an MBA from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Currently, Jenifer leads a team to enhance the success of nearly 100 outpatient primary care clinics in North Texas.
