John Gaetz

John Gaetz, MBA, is currently the Director of Training and Communications for Compliance & Ethics at Baylor Scott & White Health. They have held various roles in communication and change management, including positions at PartnerComm, Inc., and Towers Watson, where they developed and implemented communication strategies for diverse clients. Previously, Gaetz served as the Human Resources Communications Manager at Denbury Resources and managed customer communications at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas. They earned a Master of Business Administration from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Texas Christian University.
