John Meindl

John Meindl is the CFO of Joint Ventures and Corporate Development at Baylor Scott & White Health and has been a Director with VMG Health since 2014, providing valuation and transaction advisory services. They have extensive valuation experience, having performed Fair Market Value analyses for over 250 transactions across various healthcare sub-industries. Previously, John worked in Transaction Advisory Services at Ernst & Young from 2011 to 2014 and served as a Senior Consultant at Veritas Advisory Group from 2006 to 2009. John holds a BS in Business Administration from Wake Forest University and a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Finance, Accounting, and Strategy/Entrepreneurship from Southern Methodist University.
