Jonathan Sheinberg

Jonathan Sheinberg, MD, FACC, is a cardiologist, Sheriff’s Lieutenant, and USAF veteran with over 20 years of experience in advanced cardiovascular care and public safety. Currently, they serve as a cardiologist at Baylor Scott & White Health and as Chief Medical Officer at Sigma Tactical Wellness, while also leading The Public Safety Cardiac Foundation to improve health outcomes for public safety personnel. Jonathan has held various law enforcement roles, including Lieutenant at the Travis County Sheriff's Office, where they have developed programs to enhance officer wellness and tactical medical training. They are an active faculty member at the Institute for Intergovernmental Research and have made significant contributions through extensive lectures and presentations on officer wellness and health. Jonathan earned their Doctor of Medicine degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine.
