Justin Pond

Justin Pond is a lecturer in Healthcare Finance for the Executive MBA Program at Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business, a position held since 2025. Previously, Justin served as the Vice President of Hospital Operations at Baylor Scott & White Health from 2019 to 2021 and has experience as a Registered Nurse at Cone Health and Baylor Scott & White Health.
