Lauren Roessler (Clark), BSN, RN, CCRN, has extensive experience in critical care nursing, particularly in ECMO, having served as a Critical Care Registered Nurse at Baylor Scott & White Health from January 2018 to September 2021. During this time, Lauren held roles as an ECMO Specialist and Secondary ECMO Specialist within the ECMO ICU. In November 2023, Lauren transitioned to TransMedics, Inc., progressing through the positions of OCS Specialist I, OCS Specialist II, and currently OCS Specialist III. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Baylor University between 2014 and 2017.
