Leslie has held pivotal roles at organizations such as Health Union, City Electric Supply, and JCPenney, where they established and optimized research functions, aligning methodology with business objectives to drive impact. Currently, LB serves as the UX Research Operations Lead at Baylor Scott & White Health, focusing on creating efficient systems that empower researchers and enhance patient experiences.
