Leslie Rodriguez

Leslie Rodriguez, MSN, RN, currently serves as the Research Quality Improvement Coordinator at Baylor Scott & White Health since January 2023. Prior to this role, Leslie worked as a Registered Nurse at Cook Children's Health Care System from July 2017 to January 2023, focusing on patient care coordination in the perioperative environment while ensuring compliance with AORN and Joint Commission standards. Leslie's experience also includes serving as the SNS Coordinator for Tarrant County, where responsibilities included the development and implementation of the Strategic National Stockpile program, and as the Chempack Coordinator for the Texas Department of State Health Services, managing Chempack functions and providing support to the Preparedness team. Leslie holds a Master's degree in Nursing Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington, along with a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Science from Baylor University.
