Lonnie Seek

Lonnie Seek is currently the Divisional Director of Access Services at Baylor Scott & White Health, where they have served in various progressive roles since 2011. With a strong focus on team empowerment and operational excellence, Lonnie oversees multiple facilities and a large team, implementing process improvements to enhance patient experience. Prior experience includes leadership positions in patient access at Seton Healthcare, where they were recognized for achievements in customer service and operational efficiency. Lonnie is pursuing both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Western Governors University.
