Lou Canakes

Lou Canakes is the Director of Clinic Operations at Baylor Scott & White Health, where they focus on the operational development of Worksite Clinics throughout Central Texas. They have provided high-level support in strategic planning and business development, working closely with Executive Management and Service-Line Directors. Previously, Lou held roles at multiple healthcare organizations, including a three-year consulting project that successfully re-branded Kelsey Pharmacies. Lou's academic background includes a BA in Business and Marketing from the University of Northern Iowa, and they are currently pursuing studies in Business Law at Pitt Community College.
