Maria Carpenter

Maria Carpenter is an experienced marketing and communications professional with a career spanning over two decades in healthcare and public relations. As the Regional Marketing Manager at Baylor Scott & White Health since August 2010, Maria has developed and implemented strategic marketing initiatives. Prior to this role, Maria served as the Senior News Media Relations Consultant at Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas and held positions such as Public Information Officer at Pioneer Library System and Marketing and Public Relations Specialist at INTEGRIS Health. Additional experience includes working as a Community Relations Consultant at Comanche County Memorial Hospital and serving as a Congressional Caseworker for the U.S. House of Representatives. Maria holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and is a Master's Degree candidate in Communications at the University of Oklahoma.
