Marilyn Sears

Marilyn Sears is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Baylor Scott & White Health since April 2017, Marilyn supports strategic initiatives for over 800 personnel in one of the largest not-for-profit health care systems in Texas. Previous roles include Regional HR Manager at The Freeman Company, HR Director at Reliant Rehabilitation, and HR Manager positions at both Professional Dynamics, Inc. and CLC Incorporated, where Marilyn implemented policies and developed leadership skills. Early career experiences at Allstate Insurance, Starbucks Coffee, Wal-Mart Stores, and Walt Disney World provided foundational management and operational expertise. Marilyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Penn State University and completed the Human Resources Program at the University of California, Davis.
