Marisa Finley has a strong background in healthcare operations and policy. Marisa started their career in 2004 as a Health Policy Analyst and Legislative Fellow at the Office of State Senator Kyle Janek. In 2005, they joined Baylor Scott & White Health, where they held various roles including Vice President Assistant General Counsel for Health Plan & Value Based Care Operations and Healthcare Operations. Marisa also served as the Vice President of Government Affairs and Health Policy.

Marisa Finley completed their education with a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Health Law from the University of Houston Law Center in 2004. Prior to that, they earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Arkansas between 2000 and 2003. Their undergraduate studies were pursued at Henderson State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from 1996 to 2000.
