Mary Zane

Vice President, Consumer Analytics

Mary Zane has extensive experience in consumer analytics, consumer insights, and customer experience. Mary is currently serving as the Vice President of Consumer Analytics at Baylor Scott & White Health since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at M. A. Zane Consulting for four years as the Senior Vice President of Consumer Insights, Analytics, and Customer Experience.

Before joining M. A. Zane Consulting, Mary held leadership positions at Dine Brands Global, where they served as the Vice President of Consumer Insights & Analytics, and at Carlson Restaurants / T.G.I. Friday's, where they were the Head of Consumer Insights. Mary also worked at Pizza Hut as the Vice President of Consumer Insights & Analytics, and at General Motors in various roles, including Assistant Director of Brand and Strategy Research and Strategic Marketing Manager.

Throughout their career, Mary has successfully integrated consumer research, analytics, and data to drive marketing effectiveness, improve the customer experience, and support strategic decision-making. Mary has also managed teams and played a key role in developing insights strategies for innovation and new product launches.

Mary Zane holds an MBA in Corporate Strategy from the University of Michigan. Mary also has a BS in Marketing from Wayne State University. In addition, they have obtained the Google Analytics Individual Qualification certification from Google in August 2018.
