Matthew Waldrop

Matthew Waldrop currently serves as the Manager of Medical Group Specialty Transformation at Baylor Scott & White Health, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this, Matthew spent over six years at Oregon Health & Science University, progressing from an Administrative Fellow to Senior Performance Improvement Consultant, where responsibilities included leading operational excellence initiatives and improving patient access in the ambulatory enterprise. Matthew also has experience as a Management Associate at UAB Medicine, focusing on patient experience and engagement, and has held various roles in operations and administrative support throughout the healthcare sector. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Health Administration and a Master of Science in Health Informatics from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, along with a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management.
