Mike Mullender

Mike Mullender has extensive experience in pastoral care and healthcare leadership, currently serving as the VP and Chief Mission & Ministry Officer at Baylor Scott & White Health since October 2013. Previously, Mike held key roles at Baylor Health Care System from January 2006 to September 2013, including Director of Pastoral Care and Pastoral Care Manager. Mike's career in healthcare began at Baylor University Medical Center, where service as Chaplain Coordinator lasted from August 1995 to December 2005. Mike holds a Master of Divinity (MDiv) and a PhD from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, completed between 1984 and 1995, and earned a Bachelor of Music Education (BME) from Baylor University from 1979 to 1983.
