Monica has held roles such as Manager of Patient Experience at Medical City Dallas and currently serves as a VB Senior Consultant in Patient Experience at Baylor Scott & White Health. With a strong focus on coaching, data analysis, and strategic planning, Monica has championed initiatives that improve patient outcomes and satisfaction. Monica holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the Università degli Studi di Padova and a Master’s degree in Criminology from Jean Monnet University.
