Nicki Darling is currently the UX Design Manager at Baylor Scott & White Health, where they focus on enhancing user experiences. Previously, Nicki worked as an Experience Designer at Capital One from 2017 to 2024 and as a Product Designer at Research Now from 2015 to 2017. They began their career as a Graphic Designer at SocialCentiv in 2014 and also had freelance design experience with HipLogiq in 2013. Nicki holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design from the University of North Texas, which they completed in 2014.
