Randolph Hoffman

Randolph Hoffman has extensive experience in the healthcare industry and finance sector. Randolph served as the Vice President of Finance at Baylor Health Care System and later became a Partner at B2B CFO®. In addition, Randolph held leadership positions such as Chairman of the Board of Trustees at First Congregational Church. Randolph also worked as the Director of Health Care at the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System, overseeing the healthcare needs of over 215,000 members. Randolph previously served as the President and CEO of OhioHealth Group and Personal Care, and as the President of Emerald Health and COO of Paramount Health Care.
