Raymond Harrison has a diverse work experience starting in 1984 with Galeria Kaufhof GmbH in the Informatics Department. In order to further enhance their knowledge and skills, Dr. Harrison pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Texas A&M University–Central Texas from 2012 to 2014. Following this, they completed a Graduate Certificate in Health Administration from the same institution in 2015.

In 2015, Dr. Harrison participated in the Advanced Physician Leadership Program at Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business, further emphasizing their dedication to leadership in healthcare.
