Robert Howe is currently a Disaster Assistance Response Team Member at Samaritan's Purse since October 2023. Previously, Robert has served as the Director of Clinic Operations and Practice Administrator at Baylor Scott & White Health since June 2021, along with a brief tenure as a Corporate Fellow with Hiring Our Heroes in 2021. Robert's extensive military career with the US Army includes positions such as Brigade Commander of the 1st Medical Brigade and Hospital Commander during Operation Inherent Resolve in Iraq, where significant medical operations and humanitarian assistance were managed. In addition, Robert played a key role in national security as Branch Lead in the Joint Staff National Military Command Center. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College and a Master of Public Administration from Webster University.
