Salman Gohar

Salman Gohar, MD FACC, is the Chair of the Division of Cardiology and Director of the Advanced Cardiology and Mechanical Circulatory Support Program at Baylor All Saints Medical Center. With over 15 years of experience in medicine, they emphasize quality patient care and medical education. Previously serving as Vice Chair of the Cardiology Division, Salman led initiatives to improve cardiology quality and outcomes. Currently, they also hold a position as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Anne Burnett Marion School of Medicine at Texas Christian University, where they mentor future physicians. Their notable achievements include pioneering numerous innovative procedures and programs enhancing heart failure care.
