Samantha Glover began their adult life in the United States Army as an 88 MIC (truck driver) and later transitioned into nursing with an associate degree, starting their career as an emergency room staff nurse at Baylor Scott & White Health. Over the years, they climbed the ranks to positions such as charge nurse, Sepsis Coordinator, and CTICU Nurse Manager, achieving multiple accolades including the AACN Gold Beacon Award. From 2019 to 2023, they served as a Clinical Risk Manager focused on patient-centered care and staff safety. Currently, they are the inpatient manager of the Kidney Transplant PCU, committed to continual growth and learning in their field.
