Shannon Smith, MBA, has extensive experience in physician recruitment, currently serving as the Director of Physician Recruitment at Baylor Scott & White Health since May 2017. Previously, Shannon held various leadership positions at NorthStar Anesthesia, P.A., including Director of Recruiting and Recruiting Manager, as well as the role of Physician Recruiter at EmCare. Early career experience includes roles as Senior Territory Sales Manager and Search Consultant at Staff Care. Shannon earned a Master of Business Administration from Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from McCoy College of Business at Texas State University.
