Shon Tackett

Shon Tackett, MHA, PMP has extensive experience in healthcare and project management, currently serving as Director of Survey Operations at Baylor Scott & White Health since September 2005. In this role, Shon leads a team that integrates patient satisfaction data and informatics to enhance patient care, safety, and research. Prior responsibilities include managing special projects within the Office of Patient Experience to analyze and gather data on patient experience. Shon's project management expertise extends to overseeing large, strategic projects across the Baylor Healthcare System. Previous experience includes serving as Product Development Manager at Wholese Fence and Deck, and as Senior Manager at MCI, where Shon managed a prepaid calling platform and related systems. Shon holds a Master's Degree in Health Care Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Dallas Baptist University.
