Susan Moats

Susan Moats possesses extensive experience in healthcare leadership, currently serving as VP and CNO-Regional at Baylor Scott & White Health since July 2016. In addition to this role, Susan has held the position of Vice President of Patient Care Services and Chief Nursing Officer at The Heart Hospital Baylor Plano since September 2011. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of the Heart and Vascular Center at Cleveland Clinic Akron General from November 2006 to August 2011. Susan holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Texas Christian University (2015-2017) and a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from Baldwin Wallace University (2000-2002).
