Sydney Oakes

Sydney Oakes currently serves as the Manager of Digital Health at Baylor Scott & White Health, a position held since July 2015. In this role, Sydney leads initiatives to partner with business leaders to transform the organization by identifying key challenges and opportunities, evaluating potential solutions, and supporting their implementation. Prior to this position, Sydney gained experience as an Administrative Resident at Callahan Eye Hospital from November 2013 to May 2015 and as a Graduate Administrative Intern. Sydney holds a Master of Science in Health Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Louisiana State University.
