Taslow Roberts

Taslow Roberts has a diverse and extensive work experience. They are currently serving as the Director of Strategic Sourcing at Baylor Scott & White Health since October 2021, where they previously held the position of Commodity Director from September 2019 to October 2021. Prior to that, Taslow worked as a Senior Procurement Manager at Service King Collision from October 2017 to September 2019.

Before joining Service King Collision, Taslow served as a Senior Procurement Specialist at Raytheon from December 2016 to October 2017. They were responsible for ensuring on-time deliveries, fair pricing, and satisfying all requirements for goods. Taslow also led cross-functional teams to find solutions to ongoing issues and completed a Six Sigma Project to reduce closure time for certain processes.

They also worked as a Buyer II from October 2013 to February 2014. Notably, they implemented an MRP Planning System that significantly improved on-time delivery for critical parts.

Taslow began their career at Academy as an Associate Buyer from October 2008 to October 2011, where they managed the firearms and knives category during a peak sales period. They also worked at Fletcher & Associates as a Medical Recruiter for a brief period in 2008.
