Tatum Leonard, MBA, RN, CEN, is dedicated to advancing clinical excellence through storytelling and data. Tatum has extensive experience in nursing, having worked as a Registered Nurse with various healthcare organizations, including MedStar Health and Texas Health Resources. They served as a House Supervisor at Forest Park Medical Center and currently hold the position of Learning and Development Specialist at Baylor Scott & White Health. Tatum also has a background in education, having worked as an Adjunct Faculty Nursing Instructor at George Mason University. Tatum is pursuing further education in Educational Leadership and Administration at Abilene Christian University.
