Tenneil Dutton

Tenneil Dutton has an extensive background in HR leadership and talent management. Tenneil most recently worked at Baylor Scott & White Health as the Senior Vice President of Talent & Diversity. Prior to that, they held senior leadership roles at Frontier Communications, Ericsson, Xerox Business Services, Hitachi Consulting, HP Enterprise Services, and Electronic Data Systems (EDS). Throughout their career, they have led various HR initiatives, including talent strategy implementation, diversity and inclusion efforts, cultural transformation, and talent acquisition. Tenneil has also been involved in HR process optimization, M&A integration, and employee development. Tenneil is skilled at partnering with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and enhance employee engagement.
