Terry Barnard

Terry Barnard serves as the Laboratory Director at Imperial Laboratories since January 2012, where responsibilities include running and validating LC/MS and PCR analyzers, overseeing general chemistry, hematology, and allergy testing, as well as managing a team of over 30 employees. In addition to quality assurance and regulatory compliance with CAP, COLA, and CLIA inspections, Terry monitors workflow, patient data, and laboratory inventory. Prior to this role, Terry held the position of Medical Technologist and General Department Supervisor at Baylor Scott & White Health, starting in January 2008. Terry obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Southeastern Oklahoma State University between 2006 and 2008.
