Thais Hanson

Thais Hanson is a strategic communication leader with extensive experience in marketing, public relations, and web content management. They currently serve as the Director of Corporate Communication at Baylor Scott & White Health, effectively translating complex strategies into clear communications. Previously, Thais held significant roles at SAIC, where they integrated multifaceted communication strategies and managed substantial budgets, contributing to the onboarding of a groundbreaking CEO and earning recognition as a "Top Woman in Communications." They have also worked at notable organizations such as Lockheed Martin, L3Harris Technologies, and Southwest Airlines, showcasing a diverse and accomplished career in the field. Thais holds a B.A. in Political Science and Spanish from Texas Tech University and is a participant in UCLA’s Diverse Leadership Program.
