Tobe Phillips

Tobe Phillips, PhD, MS, PMP, is an experienced leader in IT service integration and change management within the healthcare sector. They have held key positions, including Director of Integrated Operations at Baylor Scott & White Health and Vice President of Strategic Talent Initiatives at JPI Companies, where they drove organizational transformation and employee engagement. Tobe began their career in HR and communications at HealthMarkets, where they implemented governance structures and training programs, and has since built a robust background in project management, organizational development, and compensation strategies. Tobe earned a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of North Texas, complemented by two Master’s degrees from Abilene Christian University.
