Tun Jie is currently a Professor at Texas A&M University and a Clinical Professor at Baylor College of Medicine. Previously, they served as an Associate Professor at The University of Arizona from 2009 to 2019, where they were the Section Chief for Abdominal Transplant and held multiple surgical leadership roles. Tun Jie is also the Chief of Abdominal Transplant and HPB Surgery at Baylor Scott & White Health, and they are pursuing a Doctor of Medicine degree at the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center College of Medicine, alongside degrees in Computer Science Engineering & Biochemistry and a Master of Science in Health Informatics.
