Victoria Barney

Victoria Barney is currently the Medical Staff Services Director at Baylor Scott & White Health, a position they have held since 2016. They previously served as the Medical Staff Services & Physician Recruitment Director at Ennis Regional Medical Center from 2002 to 2006, and held the role of Medical Staff Services Director at both The Medical Center of Plano (2010-2012) and Doctors Hospital at White Rock Lake (2006-2010). Victoria also worked as the AVP of Medical Staff Development at the Medical Center of Lewisville from 2012 to 2013, and as the Executive Director at Brookdale Senior Living from 2013 to 2015. They earned a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Management from Dallas Baptist University.
