Vitaliy Nikitenko, PharmD, BCCCP, has extensive experience in critical care pharmacy, having served as Director of the PGY2 Critical Care Residency Program and Critical Care Clinical Pharmacist at Stanford Health Care from September 2018 to July 2021. Currently, Vitaliy holds the position of Critical Care Clinical Pharmacist at Baylor Scott & White Health since July 2021. Previous experiences include roles as a Pharmacy Intern at Johns Hopkins Hospital and CoxHealth, along with completing PGY1 and PGY2 residencies at Loma Linda University Medical Center. Vitaliy earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, San Diego.
