Dawn Simmons is an experienced Information Systems Manager with a strong background in healthcare analytics and project management. Currently serving as IS Manager-PMO at Baylor Scott & White Health Plan since October 2023, Dawn previously held various roles within Baylor Scott & White Health, including Sr. IS Operational Consultant and Senior Business Analyst, focusing on clinical and financial performance analysis. Prior experience includes positions at North Texas Specialty Physicians as a Business Analyst and Claims Administration Subject Matter Expert, and at Dallas-Fort Worth Hospital Council as a Healthcare EDI Project Manager. Dawn's career began with roles in claims and billing, ultimately contributing to expertise in systems implementation and technical research management, supported by a BBA in Marketing from Mississippi State University.
