Jenny Dillard

Jenny Dillard, CPA, is an accomplished financial leader with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Baylor Scott & White Health Plan since September 2014, Jenny oversees a team of five analysts and coordinates the annual budget and long-range planning for numerous cost centers and product lines. Jenny's prior roles include Financial Analyst III and II at the same organization, where significant contributions were made to budgeting accuracy and departmental financial modeling. Previously, Jenny held positions at Dr Pepper Snapple Group, overseeing rebate management, and at Fossil, focusing on sales analysis and royalty reporting. Jenny holds both a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Baylor University.
