Michael Cutroni

Michael Cutroni has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in finance and leadership roles. Michael most recently served as the Vice President of Finance at Baylor Scott & White Health Plan. Prior to that, they were the Chief Financial Officer at Troy Medicare, where they played a key role in obtaining the company's initial licensure and expanding its license in North Carolina. Michael also partnered with the CEO to lead the company through capital formation rounds.

Before joining Troy Medicare, Cutroni worked as an Independent Consultant at Health Alliance Plan, where they developed budgets and implemented tools for medical expense reporting. Michael also served as the Chief Financial Officer at MDwise, Inc. and MDwise Marketplace, where they played a crucial role in reconciling historical data and supporting the plan's request for higher rates.
