Barbara Watts

Barbara Watts serves as the Director of Implementations at bswift since October 2023, following a tenure as Vice President of Operations at Global Group, Inc. from April 2019 to October 2023. Prior roles at bswift included Associate Director and Senior Implementation Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing client accounts, implementing new systems, and ensuring data accuracy. With extensive experience in benefits administration and technology integration spanning over 17 years, Barbara has expertise in client training, risk management, and improving operational processes. Barbara holds an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and dual Bachelor's degrees in History and Media and Public Communication from Indiana University Bloomington and Purdue University, respectively.
