Darshan A. is an experienced professional in the payroll and data management field, currently serving as the Director of EDI Payroll & Direct Billing at bswift since August 2016. In this role, Darshan leads payroll operations and implements new Direct Bill initiatives to support client growth and stabilize delivery through efficient processes. Prior to this, Darshan held the position of Associate Director of EDI Data and Payroll at bswift, overseeing a team dedicated to operational and implementation support. Darshan's career began at Aon Hewitt, where responsibilities included managing data conversions as the Data Conversion Manager and identifying business opportunities as a Lead Systems Analyst.
