Eric Strom is an accomplished professional in customer service solutions with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of the Service Center at bswift since April 2023, Eric previously held a position as Vice President at Alight Solutions from June 2017 to March 2023, where responsibilities included developing innovative customer service strategies and leading a large team to drive employee engagement and revenue growth. Prior to that, Eric spent over two decades at Aon, culminating in the role of Senior Director of Customer Service Practice Leadership, overseeing multiple call center locations and providing strategic guidance in benefits outsourcing and absence management. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Miami University.
