Jackie Alvarez, CSM, SPC, has extensive experience in project management, Agile coaching, and product development across various organizations. At Edible Beats, Jackie served as Project Manager and Managing Magazine Editor, overseeing strategic planning and content creation for a restaurant group. Currently, as Director of Agile Coaching at TMG, Jackie designs onboarding and training programs to enhance Agile delivery. Previous roles include Senior Scrum Master, Director of Product Development & Marketing at Seed Fundraisers, and Creative Services Manager at MOPS International, where Jackie led a team to innovate and launch multiple products over a 13-year tenure. Jackie holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Music Management and Commercial Voice from the University of Colorado Denver, both graduated with honors.
